Tanya's busy schedule is shared between performing solo and with various ensembles, teaching violin and viola, giving masterclasses and presenting her ongoing string research in different Universities and conferences in Canada and abroad.

In November 2024, Tanya presented a conference paper at her dear alma mater, the University of Akron in Ohio. She had the privilege of presenting about evolving teaching models, connectivity and the sense of belonging in the online string studio.
Tanya was presenting as part of the Studio Virtuoso faculty.



In October 2024, Tanya had the pleasure and privilege of presenting her paper on Romanian violin traditions at the International Council for Music and Dance (ITCM) in Cluj, Romania.


In 2022, Tanya was an invited teacher for the Aviva Online Masterclasses on multiple occasions fostering the talents of young and advanced violinists.

In 2019, Tanya presented her findings relating to her research on Romanian violin music at the International Musicological Society conference held at the National University of Music in Bucharest, Romania. Soon after, she published the results of her finings in the Series Musicologica Balcanica.
